If you're a senior level Software Engineer with experience or the desire to lead a team, then you're in the right place!  One of our clients in the entertainment industry is currently looking to hire a Lead .NET Software Engineer to build on an existing team.  The right candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment with an ever changing array of projects.  If you want to build your own team, work for a stable company with excellent benefits, and have the ability to effect change, then apply now!

. We are looking to for someone who has strong programming skills, adheres to best practices, has proven experience leading teams of developers in a client-focused environment, and experience in architecting and building websites and applications This position consists of hands-on website development and maintenance, application design and maintenance, giving guidance and leadership to a team of developers, and serving as a consulting resource for project managers.

 

 

The position is ideal for a self-starter with 2 - 4 years experience leading web development/programming teams, and 5 - 7 years hands-on development experience. Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:


• Must have a 4 year degree in Computer Science, Programming or equivalent
• Must have excellent problem solving skills

• Good communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Ability to interact with clients on an as needed basis

• Must be able to provide direction to a group of developers
• Must be able to serve as technical consulting resource for non-technical project managers
• Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment
• Must be able to build advanced applications & functionality in .NET, ASP.Net, Coldfusion,  HTML & AJAX
• Must be able to implement SEO recommendations
