Incredible Pizza Company Has Director of Party Place Opportunities The Incredible Pizza Company is A ‘leading edge’ family entertainment concept that merges 1950’s family values with excellent food and tremendous fun, games, and rides for all ages. We feature an Incredible ‘all you can eat’ buffet with over 16 types of pizza, over 100 salad and pasta selections, and top it off with ice cream, apple and cherry pie, and chocolate-chip, oatmeal, and peanut butter cookies.

We are scheduled to open 41 corporate and franchised locations in MO, OK, TX, IND, ARK, FLA, NEB, AZ, COL, KS, LA, OH. Our units range from 25,000 square feet to over 100,000 square feet and we need friendly, outgoing, self motivated individuals who are up to the challenge! The Director of Party Place has the critical responsibility of ensuring all our guests that come to us for birthday parties are given “Incredible” service. This individual oversees the activities of the Party Planners and Party Entertainers to ensure they meet the needs of our birthday party guests.

Position Requirements In some locations, this is a salaried position and requires a 50 to 60 hour work week. Must be available to work weekends. Typical days off would be during the middle of the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Salary is based on experience and location potential for birthday party sales. Most but not all compensation offers will include commission pay for birthday party sales. Benefits package as per current IPC Director level benefits program (if salaried). Reports directly to the Managing Partner with dotted line accountability to the Director of Guest Relations with IPC corporate. Must read, understand and follow all prescribed policies as noted in the IPC Management Policy Manual. Must successfully complete prescribe management training program for “Director of Party Place”.

Skills requirements for this position include: Experienced in customer relations in the restaurant, retail or entertainment industry. Excellent planning, organizational and implementation skills. Enjoys achieving and exceeding goals. Enjoys working with young people and providing them an opportunity to be excellent employees. Enjoys working with computers. Excellent interpersonal skills with subordinates, peers, supervisor and guests. Excellent speaking skills in front of large and small groups. Enjoys working around parents and children. Can handle confrontation without getting defensive and understand how to make a guest happy. Loves to have FUN at work.
