Passionate and motivated. Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed. If you have a sense of humor, that doesn’t hurt either! At Ticketmaster, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!  The Role: This position is responsible for supporting Ticketmaster’s scheduling, time-keeping, and attendance software and systems and perform nightly backups on all systems.  The IS Coordinator will report to the IT Manager and be cross-trained to assist the IT Manager in other technical areas as requested.      Responsibilities: Responsible for providing technical support on systems used by the company Administer LAN and systems configuration, including logical, electrical and physical attributes Maintain LAN/Workstation inventory and performance database Provide database administration on Oracle and SQL products Coordinate network and VOIP software installation, maintenance, version and licensing control and maintain an organized work environment Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of LAN components, including servers, workstations, media, access methods, protocols, interconnecting devices, and interconnecting network alternatives Experience in a customer support environment Understanding of Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory Environment, Microsoft SQL Server and related hardware Must have knowledge in web development including: ODBC, ASP and ADO connections/pages to database Must be able to configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN printing and connectivity issues; configure and troubleshoot VOIP technologies; troubleshoot a TCP/IP based LAN/WAN network, and support multi-server platforms Must have PC software and hardware troubleshooting skills Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft software such as Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Access 2-4 years of experience preferred Microsoft certification is a plus Must have the ability to run multiple projects with little supervision Must be effective with both oral and written communication     Your Ticket In!  Are you ready to be a TM Rock Star? If the above description sounds like you and fits your qualifications, please apply online at www.ticketmaster.com/careers.    As an equal opportunity employer, Ticketmaster is committed to creating a diverse work environment for all of our team members. Thanks for your interest in Ticketmaster!Job Code : AS-ISC-WV-060608 Division/Department : All Ticketmaster Travel Required : None/Not Specified Job Title: IS CoordinatorStatus: Full Time, EmployeeLocation: Charleston, WV 25311Job Category: IT/Software DevelopmentEducation Level: Some College Coursework CompletedJob Reference Code: 64
