Housekeeping Manager

Under the direction of the Executive Housekeeping Mgr, ensures efficient housekeeping & textile operations & provides top quality guest service. Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 yrs of housekeeping supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, supervisory and housekeeping experience required. Ability to read & interpret financial documents & must possess the financial knowledge necessary to assist in the creation of & adherence to departmental budgets. Must possess proven leadership ability necessary to provide general guidance to subordinate personnel & develop short-term goals. Demonstrates problem-solving ability. Must possess strong interpersonal skills necessary for verbal & written communications to subordinates, guests & other mgmt. Required to become proficient w/dept specific computer programs.
