Game Technician

Main Event Entertainment operates 65,000 square foot family entertainment centers throughout Texas. Our centers feature restaurants, bars, bowling, billiards, video and arcade games, shuffleboard, laser tag, glow golf, meeting facilities and most of all, FUN!
Main Event Entertainment is seeking outgoing individuals for the position of Game Technician. The Game Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and performing minor repairs for all of video and arcade games in the Center.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Attention to detail
· Computer proficiency preferred
· Ability to work in a high volume game room. Have work flexibility (nights, weekends and holidays)
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain, troubleshoot and perform repairs on all games and tellers; including scheduled preventive maintenance.
· Calibrate redemption games payout % to standards.
· Orders game parts from Manufacturers and distributors.
· Possess and maintain a current knowledge of the Main Event and activities, including the services and products for customer purchase.
· Attend all scheduled meetings.
· Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management.
