As a Director for Food Operations, you will directly supervise a team of multi-unit Food Area Managers and a Back of House Operations Manager. In the Director role, you will be accountable for achieving all annual operating profit goals through driving sales, developing and retaining exceptional talent, and achieving superior and consistent operational excellence. The Director will be instrumental in executing strategic plans, while championing guest satisfaction, employee motivation and positive fiscal results.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

People LeadershipSupporting all internal guests (employees), so that they are able to provide excellent products and services to our park guests. Partnering with Human Resources Manager and Training Manager to continuously train and develop all area teams. Administering performance evaluations, development recommendations and succession planning. Lead and support management team in training and coaching their staff for "Best in Class" service standards.Communicating successes and opportunities effectively with Senior Management while making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Operational ExcellenceEnsuring compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding safety, labor, employment, Union guidelines, and food handling and quality as well as Company policies and procedures. Ensuring department weekly staffing budgets are achieved to maximize guest service and profitability. Developing department strategies that are in line with departmental and corporate objectives to ensure excellent communication and implementation.Conduct Semi-Annual menu review in coordination with Executive chef and take maximum advantage of current trends.Qualifications/Requirements:Additional Responsibilities to include:

Financial ManagementAnalyzing department financial reports to quickly identify and address trends and issues in area performance, including cost of goods, shrink, variable labor and profitability. Ensuring department teams maximize sales through upselling, guest service and consistent visual presentation standards. Partner with Loss Prevention to ensure operating procedures are consistently followed and policies are adhered to.Exceeding annual operating profit targets.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years management experience in multi-unit, high volume, quality chain or independent restaurant.Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
