Pittsburgh's Smithsonian affiliated museum dedicated to regional history seeks this FT professional. Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills with an attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to function as a team member. Position requires the utilization of a personal computer; proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software. Minimum of a BS or BA required with experience in the not-for-profit sector preferred This Associate is responsible for the processing and acknowledgements of the daily activity of incoming revenue in the areas of membership, general donations, subscriptions, and other fundraising activities. Other duties include, but are not limited to, membership fulfillment and renewals; mailings and records management; active participation in department events/functions; and tracking inventory and sales of specific publications Send resume and letter of interest with salary requirements to:
