Corporate Outside Sales Manager

Main Event Entertainment is experiencing unprecedented growth and is looking for a Corporate Outside Sales Manager to lead our outside sales in driving corporate sales for our Shenandoah location. Main Event Entertainment operates family entertainment centers throughout Texas. Our centers feature restaurants, bars, bowling, billiards, video and arcade games, shuffleboard, laser tag, glow golf, meeting facilities and most of all, FUN!

 

SUMMARY:

The Outside Sales Manager will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for the strategic and tactical corporate sales for the company in their center. This position will be responsible for researching companies, creating community awareness about Main Event and developing contacts.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Conduct site visit and tours

·  Communication with event coordinators, management, and operations

·  Generate and retain corporate/group event booking business in a defined territory

·  Conduct telephone solicitation (cold calls); make sales presentation appointments

·  Put together sales materials and packages

·  Communicate event booking with on-site sales staff

·  Report sales activity to Sales Manger of calls and appointments

·  Participate in tradeshows and networking events

·  Assist with promotional and special projects

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Outside Sales Background; prefer Restaurant, Hotel, or Entertainment Industry
2. 1-year prior job experience with public interaction preferred
3. Excellent Communication Skills

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office

5. Great telephone skills and cold calling
6. Professional appearance

7. Time management skills
