Digital Operations we be responsible for all day-to-day operational and account set-up duties for their region (United States).*Facilitate / traffic all orders and outputs for digital content ? liaise with digital services and 3rd party digital distribution vendor. Track titles offered, selected and delivered to accounts.*Coordinate with Paramount Digital Mastering group and 3rd party digital distribution vendor to ensure all feature master encodes, foreign audio tracks, closed captioning, trailers are encoded. *Create solicitations and work with Account Management teams to distribute monthly for all territories for region.*Create all metadata changes notices, re-price notices, account specific setup sheets, etc. and work with Account Management teams to distribute daily/weekly/monthly for all territories in region.*Liaison with other Paramount departments (Home Video /TV) for ongoing metadata changes (street date, pricing / re-pricing, VOD/SVOD/FVOD avails and holdbacks, music clearances.*Participate in all systems projects for Digital as a business representative. Likely projects include (Digital Asset Management, CRM & Document Posting, Data Warehouse, Reporting & Dashboards, Analytics)*Post all relevant documents, contracts, contacts, etc. tools on the digital shared portal. Manage the team calendar. Post any relevant news articles and research.*Create and run reports for senior digital management on a daily, weekly, monthly basis*Coordinate with other divisions to source all Worldwide artwork from the Vault, PHEI, TV, DWA, Licensees, etc. Store on DART.*Create ?generic art? from DVD art for all titles that do not have generic art available - configure & clear new artwork when appropriate. Store on DART.*Create any custom promotional artwork, where appropriate (Microsoft, Apple and key accounts).*Keep artwork status metadata in SharePoint current, so territory specific title lists reflect current art statusQualifications:Education and Experience Requirements *Two years of experience in Entertainment (Digital, Home Video or Pay TV) ? preferably international.*Knowledge of Digital Video (encoding/transcoding, codecs, technology & systems, devices post production, digital asset management, digital supply chain, etc.) a plus.*Attention to detail; an ability to accurately manage large volumes of data (street dates, rights, etc.).*Foreign language skills a plus.Paramount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Hollywood, CAJob Number: 5409Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
