Colonial Downs Off Track Betting Facility Management

Colonial Downs is accepting resumes for Site manager at our Richmond Broad St. Off Track Betting Facility.

Knowledge of Horse racing not necessary, but is a plus. 

 

Job Duties:  Responsible for overall management of the site including repair maintenance and routine operations; Effectively communicates; insures responsibilities and accountability of managers and staff; Manages all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to finance department and management; Responsible for personnel issues - staffing, training, discipline, payroll reporting, etc.; Responsible for compliance with VA Racing Commission and any other state and federal organizations

 

Requirements:   2 - 3 years of management experience with increasing responsibility (restaurant/retail preferred); working knowledge of basic accounting principles; ability to work well in a fast paced environment; excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work well with a team.
