Box Office Front Of The House Manager
Manage all areas of the daily operations of a Box Office Front of the House. Oversee Box Office Staff. Oversee Event Staff.
Ticket Reports/Counts Perform all special assignments given by management.
· Interview and select Box Office and Theater Event staff.
· Train Staff.
· Supervise associates daily activities and work with them to improve their performance.
· Assign duties on a daily basis.
· Intercede and determine course of action on customer complaints, and/or problems.
· Provide associates with continual information updates on new and existing events on sale.
· Prepare new events for public sale and staffing.
· Reconcile and record daily Box Office sales.
· Reconcile and complete settlement reports on all events.
