BRAND ASSISTANT

Feld Entertainment, Inc., the world’s largest producer of live family entertainment, including Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey® Circus as well as Disney On Ice, Disney Live and Doodlebops  is searching for a Brand Assistant to work at our world headquarters in Vienna, VA.

 

This person will provide administrative support to the Disney Marketing and Corp Communications departments.

 

The requirements for this position include:

· College Degree. 

· Strong computer skills, including Windows, WordPerfect, Power Point and Excel and the Internet. 

· At least 4 years business experience; prior exposure to advertising, marketing, press releases, video, the entertainment business is a plus   

· Must be able to prioritize and deal with requests from the public and media as urgently as necessary with a calm, pleasant demeanor; follow directions on whether to immediately transfer or take messages for calls and the policy for follow up.

· Must be able to multi-task in a very interruptive, noisy environment.

· Excellent “anything for the team” attitude to assist wherever assistance is needed.

· Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish goals
