Assistant General Manager
Celebration Station is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager at our Baton Rouge, LA location.
We are a Family Entertainment Center located on approximately 6+ acres. The facility includes both indoor and outdoor activities including go-karts, Miniature golf, batting cages, 2 story arcade, restaurant, birthday parties, corporate events and more……..
The ideal applicant should have a proven track record as a General Manager, with strengths in guest service, financial performance, and directing a large staff. The candidate needs to be able to manage multiple task, be a self-starter and self motivated, results focused, great communication skills, and hands on approach.
We are looking for a candidate with previous General Manager experience. Experience in the service industry, food service industry or entertainment industry a plus.
Duties include day to day operations, administrative duties, responsibility of a specific department of the facility, as well as opening and/ or closing responsibilities.
Applicant must be available nights, weekends and holidays.
Starting pay is up to $32,000 annually, plus a benefit package valued at over $14,000 which includes health insurance, vacation, 401 k, bonus plan, meal program, holiday package
