Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks an Analyst, Operations for the WHV Operations department in Burbank, CA. This is a amazing opportunity for an ambitious person to work with a dynamic team of a trailblazing Studio.

Position Responsibilities: Position will identify, reconcile and correct Inventory balance inaccuracies in assigned warehouses. Manage 856 iDoc failures caused by Stock Deficits. Monitor and manage the Aging of Purchase Orders. Prepare for and participate in Cinram and 3rd Party Physical Inventories and reconciliations. Develop and deploy metrics measuring departments’ Inventory Accuracy results Analyses and Special Projects as requested by Management.


Position Requirements:Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum 2 years Inventory management experience required. Minimum 2 years Inventory reconciliation experience required. Strong analytical skills required. Systems development and implementation experience preferred. Strong analytical capabilities. Independent thinker and worker. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with vendors and WHV personnel. Strong PC skills required (Excel, Business Objects). Inventory reconciliation skills required.
