Your tasks

Providing day-to-day administrative support for the Senior Vice President
Coordinate calendar and travel arrangements
Answer and field telephone calls
Address requests for information and/or assistance in a timely, accurate manner
Prepare expense reports, check requests and invoice payments
Ad hoc projects as needed

Our requirements

Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be energetic, assertive and proactive
Detail-oriented team player and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Prior administrative experience in the entertainment industry
Indie music knowledge is a plus
Exemplary written/verbal communication skills
