The successful candidate will show competence in the following areas: ? Management of a team of technical professionals. ? Successfully pursuing, winning and delivering real estate projects ? Project management of scope, schedule, budget associated with real estate projects ? Ability to write contracts and successfully negotiate change orders with clients ? Prior experience working with a consultant firm. ? Knowledge of Wisconsin Department of Transportation and municipal policies and projects ? Detailed knowledge of administrative codes and statues as applied to Eminent Domain acquisitions. ? Public acquisition plat and legal description development ? Understanding of appraisals, including the three appraisal approaches to value. ? Relocation plans and assistance ? Title examination ? Understanding of environmental impacts ? Negotiations ? Risk management - Managing the client?s risks in real estate transactions. ? Litigation support working with outside legal counsel and including occasionally testify in cases between our clients and individuals. ? Project closings; Completion of a real estate transaction ? Computer business application skills Salary dependent upon qualifications and years experience.QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Real Estate or related area plus 5 years of experience.
