Main duties to be performed are to plan, direct studies and recommends techniques to improve existing products; to develop new product designs, diagnostic methods, materials, and process specifications; to initiate patent activity to protect new products, methods, or processes; to coordinate research and development activities with other internal departments and outside consultants, suppliers; and to promote company capabilities and industry leadership through technical presentations and publications.Questions you will be asked: • Do you have a minimum of 7 years experience as a Research Engineer within the Aerospace Industry?
