Quality Technician
This quality manufacturer of seamless rolled ring and closed impression die hot steel forgings is seeking a Quality Technician. Must be: 1. Able to run stats and interpret data necessary to fulfill job duties/functions.2. Able to perform QA sampling and record data in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Able to perform PAPP ( Customer Certification) and interact with customer contact as warranted.4. Able to performSPC functions related to position. 5. Able to perform FME (Failure Mode Analysis) Facilitate QA tech functions to meet & maintain ISO/TS 16949 standards.
Perform all job duties and functionsin a pro-active,accurate and timely manner. Positively and effectively interact with Floor Forge Inspectors and production personnel. Perform miscellaneous requests,duties, corrective action/change, quality and special projects as required by QA supervisor and/or QA Manager.
