Your Ingenuity is welcome!Mechanical Engineer I.   In this hands on position, you will work in a team environment with other members of the Electro-Mechanical Device Solutions Team to design, develop and support our line of electric actuators.  This will involve communicating with mechanical, electrical and firmware engineers, technicians and drafters. You will be directly involved with concept development, prototype development, and product qualification tests.  In addition, you will be participating in the generation of the product specifications and ensuring all required tests are complete and fully documented. Principal Duties: Under supervision, assists in developing product concepts. Assist in the development of working prototypes. Conducts engineering qualification tests on the product. Completes work according to project schedule. Performs related duties as necessary   Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.  Prior design or engineering experience desired.  Current technical knowledge and skills relative to mechanical engineering.  Ability to work in a team environment and support groups; good written and oral communications skills, flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
