Inside Sales Engineer-Seattle, WA
Description:Eaton Electrical Services & Systems has an opening for an Inside Sales Support representative in Seattle, WA. This position provides support to sales engineers for quotations and project management for Eaton Electricals Services & Systems division. Duties include: Provides accurate and timely specification interpretation, formal quotation and technical support. Obtain costs for outside materials and labor estimates. Obtains pricing or technical support from others within the Technical Support Team as needed. Communicates with customers, warehouse, and plants to facilitate problem resolution. Proactively identifies all sales potential and follows through to secure orders. Log negotiations and proactively follow-up on targeted quotations, as required. Respond to, log, and process all customer requests (both technical and non-technical questions), escalating where necessary. Post order activity: Proactively facilitate timely solutions to customer issues by utilizing available resources. Interpret, enter, and manage orders. Manage all customer issues by communicating with the appropriate internal contacts to facilitate timely issue resolution. Establish, develop, and nurture customer relationships to strengthen partnerships and achieve long term objectives. Maintain all customer-specific contact information. Maintain customer profiles & appropriate database files and customer reports. Maintain call management records of customer requests. Support local marketing initiatives such as Customer Seminars. Also provides support for Sales Engineers, Negotiation Application Engineers, Power Management Sales Managers (PMSMs) and Business Development at other locations beyond the specified locations listed above. This position will support EESS strategic initiatives both locally and across a wider geography if required.
