Civil Engineer

OUR CLIENT –An engineering consulting firm in Northeast Wisconsin is looking for a Lead Civil Engineer.     THE OPPORTUNITY – Bring an existing client portfolio with the ability to retain those existing clients. Provide technical engineering and project management skills as a lead engineer for our Municipal market(s). Will be involved and/or responsible for a variety of projects including roads, streets, utilities, water systems, wastewater collection and storm water collection systems. Attend to client and project needs as necessary in role of primary client contact (attend meetings, participate in proposals, technical presentations and maintenance activities with clients). Provide extensive, ongoing business development with existing client base and develop new clients within the Green Bay, Fox River Valley area, central and northeast WI market region. Lead, coordinate and build teamwork among other team members/disciplines at all levels Travel to client sites and/or other company offices (approximately 10%)    QUALIFICATIONS - Required: BS Civil Engineering 15 years + of experience, with strong understanding of the consulting engineering business. Engineering feasibility, design and construction management/administration and project management experience for municipal projects.
