Based in Tukwila, WA (located just 10 miles south of Seattle) or Rocklin, CA (about 22 miles north of Sacramento) you will quickly become an industry expert in this business development role. Your experience with commercial engineered HVAC & plumbing equipment is critical, as you will call on engineers and architects to establish new business relationships. We will augment your knowledge with engineering- and product-related training, giving you all the tools necessary to assist clients in making informed buying decisions. Your relationship building skills will make you a trusted business partner, explaining the benefits of working with CHC, participating in value engineering decisions and standing by the customer from the day design is started until the equipment is up and running. A keen attention to detail and computer literacy with Outlook, Excel, and Word will be useful as you reply to customers and prioritize your time among multiple accounts. Success will be measured by an increase in engineering specification presence, as well as your customers' satisfaction with your service.
