 Manager-Supply Chain/Strategic Sourcing Manager/Indirect Purchasing-$130K, 5 years supervisory experience with room for growth We are one of the nation's largest producers of energy and an industry leader in supply chain management practices for utilities.  We are seeking a strong manager to lead our strategic procurement group for our corporate shared services ($500 million annual expenditures).  Excellent opportunity with room for advancement.  Responsibilities are as follows: Job Description: · Manage staffing and processes for strategic sourcing of indirect materials and services (i.e., fleet management, information technology, travel, facilities, etc.) for the entire business.· Develop annual strategic sourcing plan identifying initiatives, staffing and focus.· May lead or participate in major supplier negotiations.· Manage, train and mentor strategic sourcing and supply chain staff. Job Requirements:· Extensive knowledge of strategic sourcing practices and principles, including sourcing plan development and spend analysis.· Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience managing strategic sourcing staff.· Minimum of 10 years experience in the procurement of complex services is preferred.· Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers who are located across North America.· Develop, maintain and manage departmental expense budget to support sourcing activities. Skills:· Leadership; strategic sourcing; budget and resource management; teaming; organization; oral and written communication; proficient personal computer; negotiation; employee management.· Multi task; effective decision making; understand highly technical and complex issues; maintain internal relationships with geographically dispersed and diverse organization; develop sourcing strategies for the acquisition of complex services. Education:· BA/BS in business or engineering strongly preferred· MBA preferred· Professional certification (CPM or CPIM) preferred We offer full relocation and comprehensive benefits, which includes health, vacation, retirement, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more!! If you meet all of the requirements identified above, please forward a copy of your resume (MS Word preferred) to jobs@fpcoffortcollins.com   Please add job number J45890 in the subject title
