The Revenue Requirement Department is looking for a new candidate to join the department. Depending on experience and qualifications, this position will be filled as a Revenue Requirement Analyst, Senior Revenue Requirement Analyst or Revenue Requirement Consultant (Job #3146).  Someone with Accounting and/or Auditing experience would be a great fit for this role!

 

Analyst: By preparing and presenting results of financial, statistical and economic analyses, you will have the advantage of obtaining a broad based understanding of PSE’s business. Through preparing industry and regulatory reports, the opportunity exists to obtain exposure to many different internal and external audiences. 

 

Senior Analyst: This position would also perform research regarding regulatory matters. Preparation of accounting instructions associated with regulatory issues would allow for insight into how regulatory proceedings impact PSE as a whole. This position would also provide the opportunity to be involved in negotiations with external parties regarding regulatory filings.

 

Consultant:  This position would also provide expert testimony to WUTC and other agencies on behalf of the Company.  You will also assist in development of regulatory policy and strategy and in representing the Company on regulatory policy with internal and external parties.

Qualifications

 

Required: In depth knowledge of the Utility Industry.  BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, and/or specific experience in Utility Revenue Requirement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. Knowledge of SAP

 

Desired:

· CPA and/or MBA.
