Great Opportunity for an Instructional Designer/Project Manager

 We are working with our client in locating 1-2 consultants to help with the roll-out of a number of strategic projects in the employee development area.  The consultant/program manager selected for this role will work closely with the Human Resources department to meet the following deliverables:  Our Client is looking to implement an Executive Leadership Development Program that will educate officers and directors on the principles of Transformational Leadership and leading in a changing, complex environment.  The consultant will help to manage the process, marketing/promotion of the program, consultant contract details and arranging the administrative and logistical aspects of program implementation.   Our Client is developing a course catalog to include descriptions of courses that will be onsite.  The catalog will feature technical and non-technical, mandatory and non-mandatory courses and will outline targeted audiences for each course.    Our client is looking to implement a Mentorship Program to help with the looming 50% loss of their workforce to retirement in the next few years.  The consultant will help to establish a formal program for transferring knowledge from experienced workers across all job functions - in particular skilled trades.  Required Skills: 5+ years of Instructional Design experience. 5+ years of Project Management Experience. Team player. Ability to cultivate relationships. Great communication skills. Ability to facilitate meetings. Design experience. Someone who can work with a diverse team.
