Director of Sales and Marketing
Our client leads in high efficiency and low emission furnace configuration. They bring together over 50 years of combined in-house combustion experience and Twent First Century state-of-the-art technology to deliver high efficiency in burners. Division does $25,000,000 in sales. RESPONSIBILITY: While reporting to the Divisions President, will coordinate both the marketing of the products and services as well as the field sales force. Evaluate and adjust marketing strategy and sales plans to meet changing marketing and sales conditions. Profit and loss resonsibility for the division's Sales and Service.
REQUIREMENTS: BS degree and 10 plus years experience in sales to an O.E.M. market. Also a minimum of 3 years experience in the following areas. Sales management, advertising, market analysis, incentive commission planning, advertising, budgeting, sales campaign planning and P & L. Sorry but our client will not VISA sponsor except under NAFTA.
