Volt Services Group is partnering with Puget Sound Energy in Bothell to fill 32 Call Center Customer Service Representative positions starting on October 6th. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls while providing excellent customer service. Phone calls will be in regards to outages, billing concerns, and start and stops in service. During the first month, you will be in training from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
