Two years etch development experience or equivalent. R&D experience in etch development as well as a strong background in high volume manufacturing.  Familiarity with AMAT 5000 etch tool and LAM 4400, 4500, 4600, 9400, and 9600 etch systems.  Strong technical understanding of etch chemistries, wet chemistry processes, and resist plasma strip techniques.  Knowledge of statistical techniques including DOE, SPC, Cpk, and other statistical concepts and an ability to effectively apply these techniques.  Must have strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.   Added Value Experience with MOS devices with DMOS. Trench etch experience is highly desirable.  Photolithography background desirable.  Management experience beneficial.  Educational Requirements BS in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related technical field. MS degree will also be considered.
