Responsible for first level contact for Global Account customers and assists Global Account Managers in the development and implementation of specific marketing functions helping to create strategy as well as driving revenue within existing accounts.Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and solidifying position in the account to retain the business while reducing service calls.Establishs day-to-day relationship with Global Account customers on all purchasing/equipment related activities including use of Ricoh direct, ordering, shipping, installation/removal and related questions.Performs site surveys, DOCutivity analysis and assist in the creation of customer proposals.Maintains records on key accounts, to include maintaining customer reporting requirements not handled by Ricoh areas: provide problem resolution relative to all accounts acclivities ( collections, inventory meter reading and billings); prepare weekly reports for Global Account Managers.Provides support to sales representatives with installations by conducting meter readings, setting up, training users and demonstrating products;Provides service coordination by providing monthly reporting of Major/National service- related problems and proposed resolutions to Global Account Manager to increase customer satisfaction.Develops solutions to a variety of sales support situations or problems of moderate scope and complexity.Precedents are available for decisions, but not all sales support situations fall within the guidelines of standard practice.Errors will delay overall project schedule, reduce client satisfaction and/or require moderate additional expenditures to resolve problem in immediate and/or related departments.Works with limited supervision.Follows established sales support proceduresWork outcomes are reviewed during assignments and at each milestone to ensure timeliness, policy compliance and alignment with project requirementsServes as a team member for projects/programs within a defined area of sales support responsibility and/or on cross-functional teamMay provide training and guidance to less experienced team members Qualified candidates will possess *BS Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent sales support experience*2 to 5 years directly related sales support experience*Developing knowledge of the sales and order placement process*Excellent PC skills, including Excel*Strong math and written and verbal communication skills*Solid research, analytical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills*Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, and multitask*Working knowledge of basic legal and contractual terms and conditions*Familiarity of product pricing concepts as it relates to profitability*Knowledge of use of sales supporting mainframe systems and their outputs*Knowledge of industry helpfulOnly those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.
