Process Engineer
Our Client, located in the Dallas, TX area, designs, manufactures, and tests electronic modules for multiple applications. Their services include design & layout, prototype assembly, volume production, and test that conform to each customer’s stringent quality requirements. Manufacturing operations meet the quality & reliability requirements certified by ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003.
They have a need for a Process/Equipment Engineer, who has experience with SC Backend assembly. Hands-on experience with machines such as wire bonders (K&S), die mount machines (DataCon, Micron), wafer saws, etc. Also work process improvements. Spend 75/80 % of time in the clean room supporting manufacturing.
Technical Bachelor's degree required, along with semiconductor backend assembly experience. Need hands-on equipment experience (i.e. setup, programming, trouble shoot, tooling/fixtures, throughput enhancement.) Also process improvement techniques.
Local Dallas/Fort Worth candidates only. No relocation assistance offered.
