The Field Service Copier Technician is responsible for:*On-site post-sale installation, maintenance, and repair of multifunction products, copiers, printers, fax machines, and scanners. *Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance procedures*Using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to assess and resolve equipment and system failures*Maintaining current technical knowledge, certifications, and expertise on all product enhancements, technology changes, and new product introductions To qualify, you must possess:*High school diploma or the equivalent*At least 2 years of directly related copier repair experience*Electronics or similar vocational training or equivalent experience*Comptia A+ or Net+ Certification is a plus*Effective communication, time management, organizational, and analytical skills*Strong teamwork and customer relations skills*Knowledge of PC and associated software applications*Knowledge of service organization practices and procedures Only those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.
