 Responsibilities:Apply broad knowledge and experience working on complex projects across the company that vary in use of DBS and Lean manufacturing tools, Participate in the development of policy deployment objectives Provide advice and consultation to all levels of management concerning continuous improvement and change Provide leadership in determining continuous improvement projects and priorities worldwide Lead continuous improvement efforts primarily at the second level of policy deployment. Assure accurate records are established and maintained Communicate progress of continuous improvement efforts Administer DBS, six sigma and continuous improvement training Mentor candidates for certification in DBS tools including six sigma Lead and coach complex kaizen events and variation reduction projects Perform other related duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

Experienced in use and application of DBS and Lean tools and engineering principles.
Knowledge of modern engineering methods, practices, equipment and design practices within continuous improvement.
Must be proven leader, able to lead complex teams and projects to desired results.
Ability to work and clearly communicate with corporate leadership team.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred in related engineering or scientific discipline with a minimum of 6 years related experience or equivalent.
Multiple master certifications in DBS tools preferred, Lean Manufacturing, Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
