Nintendo Bilingual Consumer Service Representative / Tech Support RepNintendo of America is seeking enthusiastic candidates to fill several bilingual (French or Spanish) Consumer Service Representative positions. You will act as a definitive source of information on system set up, operation, troubleshooting, and general information for many Nintendo products including the hottest gaming system on the market, the Nintendo Wii. Your position in this fun, active and energetic environment begins with 3 weeks of paid training.As a successful candidate you will need the ability to navigate the internet and have a strong interest in technology and the gaming industry. The Nintendo Contact Center is open 6am-7pm, 7 days a week. Shifts will include weekend hours.Pay Rates: $14/hr during training. Upon successful completion of the training, the pay rate increases to $15 per hour Mon-Fri and $16.70 Sat-Sun.As a Consumer Service Representative you will be assisting consumers with a variety of calls: Basic troubleshooting for an inoperative game or system in order to determine if the problem can be resolved over the phone or needs to come in for repair. Answering consumer questions regarding specific Nintendo products and services. Documenting and forwarding consumer comments. Consumer calls will be received from children and adults.
