Instructor/Assistant Professor – Culinary Arts

 

Marshall Community & Technical College invites applications for two full-time, 9-month renewable term faculty positions in the Culinary Arts.  Duties may include day/evening, on/off campus teaching and curriculum development.

 

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field (a Master’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred).  A minimum of five years experience in culinary preparation and production with a minimum of two years of experience as a Chef.  ACF certification as a Chef is preferred.  Experience in the following areas:  restaurant/hotel operations and management, culinary supervision, sanitation, purchasing and inventory control.  Two years of teaching experience preferred.  Demonstrated computer literacy, sense of collegiality and proficiency in oral/written English.
