Human Resources Assistant III

Human Resources Assistant III – Salary:  $25,363 annually plus a competitive benefits package.

 

The successful individual will be the first point of contact for the Office of Employee Development and will receive and screen telephone calls and visitors.  Answers routine questions, obtains and furnishes information in support of the Director.  Organizes and prepares documentation for Employee Development reports; acts as office resource for word processing, spreadsheet applications and data entry.  Coordinates the recruitment process for vacant positions.  Assists employees with completing certain employment related forms.

 

An Associates degree is required with 3 – 5 years of experience in a professional office setting.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including internet, email, database, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation experience also required.  Experience in the coordination of recruitment is preferred.
