Join our enthusiastic faculty in a full-time teaching position at The Art Institute of Washington. We are a private, accredited college of creative professional studies. We are seeking a talented, faculty member to teach our growing student body.
Bring your MFA in Graphic Design and teach introductory through advanced level graphic design courses in a dynamic, progressive, industry-oriented BFA and AA program. Proficiency in industry relevant Mac-based graphics software, contemporary and historical graphic design theory and practice, and concrete knowledge of industry expectations is required. Candidate must be capable of instructing students in upper level courses in Publications Design, Corporate ID, Page Layout and have strong Typography skills. Experience is Web Design and Multimedia is a plus. Recent grads with a dynamic portfolio and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
