WCTC is seeking a dedicated professional for the following position:
MANAGER, EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS
In this position you will manage the functions of labor relations, collective bargaining, grievances, and contract administration in accordance with College policies, procedures, labor agreements, and state and federal regulations.We require a Bachelor's degree in personnel management, labor relations, or related field and three years of experience with responsibilities in labor relations and collective bargaining. Prior supervisory experience is desirable.
