Accounts Receivable/ Quality Control

The American Academy of Professional Coders is a 60,000 member organization that provides education and certification for Medical Coders.

The AAPC is looking for a hardworking, motivated individual for our Accounts Receivable and Quality Control department and backup to our call center.  The ideal candidate has great computer skills, Microsoft Office experience, and pays close attention to details.  Must type minimum 50 wpm with 10-key experience.  Candidate must be motivated to learn and take on new tasks, and must have strong customer service skills for occasional member relations.  Candidate must have a helpful, positive attitude, be a team player and be flexible.   Job includes accounts receivable processing, quality control of other employees, management of A/R projects,  and occasionally answering phone calls.
