BASIC PURPOSE/SCOPE:

Responsible for the safe and profitable operation and achievement of projections for assigned district routes.   

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

·        Direct responsibility for the profitable achievement of the district’s projection and budget.

 

 

·        Assists in formulating the district’s projections and budget.

 

 

·        Responsible for tracking the district's projections, budgets, and forecasts.

 

 

·        Responsible for implementing and maintaining Company policies.

 

 

·        In collaboration with the Sales Supervisors, identifies district related problems and responsible for their resolution.

 

 

·        Direct responsibility for the motivation and training of new Route Salespersons assigned to the district and the retraining of existing Route Salespersons in the district in the area of Sales and Safety.

 

 

·        Responsible for solicitation of new independent accounts in the district.

 

 

·        Responsible for the development of increased sales in established accounts in the district.

 

 

·        Performs duties of other supervisors and other personnel, when necessary.

 

 

·        Direct responsibility for the recommendations and installation of display equipment for accounts in the district.

 

 

·        Performs all A.M. Supervisor’s duties when scheduled, as per Supervisor’s training manual.

 

 

·        Collaborates on the development and implementation of incentive, motivation, and display programs.

 

 

·        Responsible for the maintenance of all sales records for each route in the district.

 

 

·        Ensures a safe working environment for all employees through  Safety Programs promoted by the Company.
