We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to be responsible for assisting the Sales, Marketing, and Chaney President in many different capacities. This includes preparing presentations, marketing, and sales materials. The sales administrator also handles all travel plans, expense reporting, and meeting / trade show arrangements.

Key Job Activities:Maintain sales with Catalog.com & Misc. channel consisting of over 200 accountsMaintain communication with Outside Sales Rep ForceHandle testing logs, spreadsheets, and submissions for the consumer testing lab Manage / Coordinate Web Site ContentPrepare customer planograms utilizing Space Planning Software (ProSpace)Order and track office supplies for Sales, Marketing, and PurchasingMaintain competitive shop surveys Assist with customer service phones as required 

 

Requirements:High School diploma is required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of product including Excel & PowerPoint, Space Planning (planogram software) a plus.Must have ability to multi-task, and have good organizational skills
