Inside Sales Manager - Must Speak Vietnamese and English

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, organized, detail oriented leader to be an active participant in company drive to get to the next level. This is a “hands on” sales position consisting of, but not limited to, two key areas of responsibility. The Inside Sales Manager will focus on the Asian (primarily Vietnamese) beauty market. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create strategy to organize the Asian sales channel, by establishing primary trading areas, quotas, and sales goals with Channel Distributors.  - Productively manage relationships with Channel Distributors.- Review and analyze sales statistics to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount opportunities, and to provide input on sales campaigns and product development to achieve revenue goals.- Represent the Company on key customer accounts, trade shows, and sales meetings.  - Work with senior management to provide timely forecasts, reports, and competitive information. - Will train and manage a team of inside sales/telemarketers directing cold calls and repeat business phone sales.- Work with management to develop the process and procedures that will direct department activities going forward - Work with management to develop reports that define metrics on various levels and to help track progress.- Regularly interact with and support salespeople to achieve sales objectives. - Work directly with management to facilitate planning and strategies that drive lead-generation and track results.  REQUIREMENTS: - Must be bilingual, English and Vietnamese.- 1+ years of Inside Sales.- Experience in a beauty related business preferred.- Strong Cold Calling skills and proficient in navigating gate keepers. For a complete list of our open positions, please visit our website at www.jobsforsuccess.com.   MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
