HR Generalist
Our client is an industry leading Fortune 500 food company experiencing very aggressive growth. They are in need of a Corporate level Human Resource Generalist. This position will be charged with managing the company’s university recruiting programs. This is a very intricate position that will ensure the continued recruitment of top graduates entering the food industry. Excellent cost of living area with plenty of urban activities. Many promotional opportunities beyond this position. Responsibilities:As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for all communications with recent graduates on company needs and policies regarding their management trainee programs. Will interact closely with all corporate and plant level management to ensure smooth communication of potential matches with candidates and facilities. Position reports to the Corp HR Director, an individual we have placed people with before. Requirements: BS Degree, Business or HR related and at least 3+ years as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing plant environment. High preference for food manufacturing and understanding of recruiting and graduation cycles. Must exhibit a high degree of professional communication, both written and oral. Ability to travel as needed for college job fairs and interviewing needs. Must be computer proficient and understand EEO requirements. Compensation:$60,000 to $70,000 base + Bonus.
