The Call Center General Manager will develop and execute center-wide strategies and operational plans toward goal achievement.QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES: Primary leadership role for inbound and outbound customer contact center. Works with and through second and first-level salaried managers to monitor performance, coach for improvement, create motivational strategies to drive quality customer service and sales performance, and develop successful programs for improving call center leadership, morale, performance, and employee retention at all levels. Monitors and analyzes performance, coaches for improvement, and recommends systems and process improvements. Responsible for facility-wide compliance to Sears policies and procedures and state/federal regulations. Models attributes such as valuing diversity, communicating openly and frequently, demonstrating integrity, and leading change management. Works closely with Division Vice President, peers and matrix support functions to achieve goals. // REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years senior leadership experience in a call center required, with strong focus on quality customer experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, project management, and proven leadership skills required. Bachelor's degree required.
