Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Seeking experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys the thrills and challenges of working in a "start up" business environment with high growth potential in the national marketplace.
Duties and responsibilities will consist of assisting CEO with key account management and correspondence in areas of manufacturing, institutional sales, membership and affiliate merchants; coordination and scheduling with key employees; managing personal and business correspondence; setting calendar and appointments; managing special projects; maintaining inter-office communications; helping to promote positive corporate environment; optimizing work environment and support systems to enhance CEO's productivity; and just about anything else you can think of to help ensure the success and profitability of the business.
Skills Required: Interpersonal communications, writing English with high level of proficiency, editing, power point, Internet research and sense of humor.
Values required: Outspoken honesty, proper sense of privacy, thrift, personal and corporate integrity,
Starting salary $36K, plus limited benefits during start up phase; ramping to $48K to $55K, plus enhanced benefits package within first year; subject to competency and value to CEO.
Applicant must be a self starter with the ability to assess and complete project requirements autonomously.
