We believe that our employees are our best asset and still hold true to the core values of our humble beginnings that has made us a true success.This is an outstanding opportunity for a CDL licensed driver who is looking to be home at night and doesn’t mind heavy lifting throughout the day. This position consists of local travel as you deliver building materials (such as bundles of roof shingles or drywall) to our customers. In return, you will receive benefits, a supportive work environment and you will be home nights!! Some key responsibilities of this position include: Pre-inspection of truck Unloading truck at site – this involves heavy lifting Keeping log book up to date at all times Inspecting site to ensure safe environment to unload Verifying lift in order to deliver material to rooftop safely (if necessary) Confirming support person on ground level to assure safe unloading (if necessary) Confirming adequate staffers to accommodate safe unloading on rooftop (if necessary) Communicating regularly with dispatcher to ensure timely product delivery at job site Communicate potential on-site hazards to branch management Setting up job perimeters Performing other duties as assigned If you possess the skills / experience below and want to be a part of our growing company, please fill out our on-line application.
