As a Senior Estimator for this one-of-a-kind company, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ø Assist the Preconstruction Director with quantity take-off, pricing and biddingØ Assist with the final estimates in preparation for a presentation to the OwnerØ Review the construction schedule and assist in the preparation of the General ConditionsØ Aid field operations with change order pricingØ Prepare and price value engineering items Does this sound like the opportunity you’ve been waiting for?
