Project Manager Needed in Seattle! Opportunity to chart your own course with a general builder that is rooted to the Pacific Northwest. This individual will have the opportunity to sharpen their business development/client development skills, preconstruction/estimating skills and have full control over the management of their projects. This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned project manager to advance from behind the scenes to the lead on large commercial projects. QualificationsThe qualified candidate will be accountable for the successful construction of projects ranging from $50M and larger. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager Experience with all aspects of project management, including estimating, subcontracting, cost control, scheduling, and personnel management Strong local relationships with architects, owners, and subcontractors Experience with biotech and/or healthcare a plus Compensation$90K+ Base Salary + Bonus + 401K+ Full Benefits For confidential consideration please send your resume as a Microsoft Word attachment to jscheible@kbic.com and reference job code W-PMSEA.
