Position ResponsibilitiesDirectly support efforts of Project Manager. Develop and maintain successful client relationships. Manage daily activities involved with construction administration. Administrative and technical support for scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination and general project administration. Ensure construction progress as scheduled and contract specifications are adhered to. Inspects construction sight when required and works with contractors to schedule deliveries.
Education and Experience4-year college degree, construction management preferred. 1 year of experience/internship in commercial building construction.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail orientated and demonstrated organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
