What is expected of a working foreman That you be an EXAMPLE by leading as a Forman / Supervisor and follow the company policies and help your team also follow them Help your team regarding safety matters Be on the job 15 minutes before your team Communicate daily with General Contractors Superintendent and build a partner relationship with him Make sure that your company supplied truck and tools are CLEAN and organized. Think about production and how to improve the jobsite
At the Job Make sure you and your team accurately key-in to the job clock Make sure that YOU and your team plumb only what is bid Make sure all your team employees are wearing there assigned safety Items during working hours. Make sure all your team employees are assigned a task and supervise their work for quality Make sure each and all of your team is producing their daily quote Make sure all Materials are at the jobsite before they are needed. Make sure all Materials are organized at all times Fill out a Daily report Make sure Change Orders are sent to the Office Manager on time

Qualifications: 10+ years Experience in the plumbing field with mixed-use/commercial/condos. Foreman experience leading a crew of up to 10.
