Maintenance Engineer - NW San

Our client, a large and well established Commercial property management firm, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Engineer to join it's dynamic team. This is not a temporary position.



Responsibilities include:

Assisting the Chief Engineer in his or her responsibility for all necessary maintenance and operation programs to assure maximum life and reliability of mechanical systems within the property.

Be able to work professionally with tenants maintain the client high standards in appearance, manner an attitude.

Assist with the administration of necessary inventory control programs an systems to assure maintenance of parts inventory levels and accurate and timely records of receipts and invoices. Assist with the purchase of parts and supplies required within the area of responsibility and approved budget guidelines. 

Assist with General maintenance and operations which may include: plumbing systems, electrical systems, general building repair, testing of safety devices and other duties.

Ideal candidates will posses the following:Must have a minimum of 2 years maintenance experience preferably in a commercial setting.  Provide 2 verifiable references.  Ability to complete and pass a drug screen and background check.  Have a proven record of reliability.
